1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OneWorkPro website, submitting a staffing request, applying as a candidate, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

OneWorkPro provides professional workforce staffing solutions across six industry sectors in Florida:

• Household & Estate Staffing — placement of domestic professionals (private chefs, housekeepers, butlers, nannies, and private security) for private residences, luxury homes, and estates.
• Estate Care & Concierge — comprehensive care and management of private residences, mansions, and estates, including landscaping, pool care, preventive maintenance, and concierge coordination.
• Events & Congresses — event staff for large-scale conventions, corporate summits, and promotional activations.
• Hospitality Staffing — placement of hospitality professionals in hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
• Maintenance Crews — certified technicians for facilities maintenance and emergency response.
• Light Industrial — workforce solutions for manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and logistics operations.

Specific services, pricing, timelines, and placement terms are agreed upon separately between OneWorkPro and each client through a service agreement or staffing order.

3. Employer / Client Obligations

As an employer or client engaging OneWorkPro's staffing services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your staffing requirements, work environment, and any role-specific certifications or qualifications needed.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and legally lawful work environment for all placed staff.
• Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your service agreement.
• Not solicit or directly hire any OneWorkPro-placed candidate within 12 months of placement without written authorization and applicable conversion fees.
• Notify OneWorkPro promptly of any concerns, incidents, or performance issues involving placed staff.

4. Candidate Terms

As a candidate applying through OneWorkPro, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your application, including work history, skills, and availability.
• Consent to background verification, reference checks, and any sector-specific screenings required for placement.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and conduct appropriate to the placement environment at all times.
• For Household & Estate Staffing roles: agree to and sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement regarding the identity and personal details of the household employer.
• Notify OneWorkPro immediately if you are unable to fulfill a confirmed placement commitment.

5. Confidentiality — Private Household & Estate Clients

All candidates, staff, and personnel placed in Household & Estate Staffing or Estate Care & Concierge roles are required to sign binding confidentiality agreements. Disclosure of any private information about the client, property, household members, or any activities observed during the placement is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Placement Guarantee & Replacement Policy

OneWorkPro offers a satisfaction guarantee on all placements. If a client is unsatisfied with a placed candidate within the first five (5) business days, OneWorkPro will provide a replacement candidate at no additional charge, subject to the availability of qualified candidates. This guarantee does not apply in cases where the candidate was removed due to client-side issues, contract breaches, or unsafe working conditions.

7. Billing & Payment Terms

Invoices are issued per the agreed staffing order or service contract. Payment is due within the terms specified on each invoice. OneWorkPro reserves the right to suspend active placements for accounts with overdue balances. All prices are in USD. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.

8. User Conduct

All users of the OneWorkPro website and portal agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application.
• Violate any local, state, or federal law in connection with your use of our services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our website or systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to candidate profiles, client data, or our internal systems.
• Use our platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the OneWorkPro website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of One Work Pro LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, OneWorkPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damages related to candidate performance, placement delays, or workforce disruptions. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid to OneWorkPro in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
