4. Candidate CV & Document Storage

CVs, résumés, and supporting documents submitted through our candidate application form are stored securely on our servers. These documents are accessed only by authorized OneWorkPro staff for candidate evaluation and placement purposes. We retain candidate records for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted unless an active placement relationship exists.

5. Discretion & Confidentiality — Private Household Clients

For clients utilizing our Household & Estate Staffing and Estate Care & Concierge services, OneWorkPro maintains strict confidentiality regarding the identity, location, and personal details of private residence owners, estate managers, and their households. Information shared in the context of domestic staffing is handled with the highest level of discretion and is never disclosed to third parties without express written consent.
